School Holiday Programs
Every School Holidays Jets conducts its own Full Day Care program for primary school aged children (5-12 years).
The program is high on energy and excitement and combines gymnastics activities (every day) with other activities such as movie making, crafts, jumping castles, bungee’s, rollerskating and swimming.

Hours of Operation

Eltham: 8.00am - 6.00pm
Gisborne: 8.30am - 5.30pm
Shepparton: 8.00am - 5.30pm

Please ensure your child is on time to prevent activities from being delayed. A late fee of $15 per 15 minutes or part thereof will be charged if children are collected later than the hours of operation.

All Day Activities

We are strict on the ALL DAY ruling - due to possible inclement weather, times may alter when children attend external venues. Children must be picked up from Jets Gym on excursion days. All children must be signed in and out by a nominated adult at the reception desk. Jets Gymnastics reserves the right to cancel the program if insufficient numbers are available.

What To Bring

A packed lunch, morning and afternoon snacks.
Refillable drink bottle
Sunscreen and hat (see Sun Protection Below) Does not apply during Winter Months
Appropriate casual clothing and appropriate footwear for the day's activities should be worn. A coat and umbrella should be provided for walking from the gym to offsite activities. Please mark children's clothing and bags with the child's name.

Unacceptable behaviour such as fighting, swearing, lack of co-operation, leaving the activity area without permission, or intentional damage to property may result in your child being removed from the program.

If you wish for Jets Staff to administer prescription medication during the School Holiday Program a “Parent Request to Administer Medication” form** needs to be completed.

Anaphylaxis Management

Parents wanting to book children with Anaphylaxis into the School Holiday Program will need to complete a “School Holiday Program Anaphylaxis Management” form**.

New Students

All new students to the Jets School Holiday Program MUST complete an enrolment form** and medical form** (one per child). These forms can be sent, faxed or returned with payment to Jets Gymnastics.
